Taken from the facebook page.... Both from yesterday :)

"We were also lucky to see the baby gorilla today, I hope it's the 1st of many good things for Twycross in 2013. Great to see the names of the animals back up:-)"

"been to visit today and was toatally blessed to see the new born baby gorilla and proud mummy , was so lovely"

Cant find this on facebook, were they definately talking about seeing a baby actually at twycross?

Theres nothing on twycross' website and they cant keep this under wraps for too long surely.....

If you view peoples posts on the Twycross wall you can see the comments. If you see my post above you will see that they are deffo talking about a baby gorilla.
 
The zoo have announced it now!

Twycross Zoo is extremely pleased to announce the safe arrival of a healthy baby Western Lowland gorilla.

The baby was born at approximately 9.00am yesterday morning and mum and baby are both doing very well. We thank you for your patience whilst we let mum and baby settle in, and we will post photos of the new arrival very soon.
