Movie One: a Woman named Dorothy has Red Slippers and goes to see the Wizard with a Scarecrow, a Cowardly Lion and a Tin Man.
Movie Two: a Princess named Aurora gets her finger on the Spindle of a Spinning Wheel.
Movie Three: a Great White attacks the Citizens of Amity Island
Movie Four: ET phones home.
Movie Five: Luke skywalker must save his Father from the Emperor.
Movie Six: Crysta shrinks a Man named Zak in the Jungles of New Guinea.
Movie Seven: John Hammond takes Alan Grant to an Island with Cloned Dinosaurs.

no I think it's Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, almost certainly. All the clues fit, including the one about the giant Dome.

I know all but two and five (I know the series for 5, but not the exact movie).
Interesting that you don't know 6 and 12, 12 is actually essentially a remake of 6 (at least the story anyway), both are pretty good, and I guarantee you have seen the remake. The original book, which 6 is based on, is excellent. There's probably an audio book version you could get.
yeah, whatever. The only one I know is number ten which is Fast And Furious 6.
