Snow Leopards

After hearing a rumour that the Snow Leopard at South Lakes Wild Animals park nearly escaped out of the open air enclosure it time shared with the jaguars, I was just wondering does anywhere else in the UK house these renown climbers and magnificent jumpers in an open air enclosure.

I have been told that one of the Aspinal parks did, but that the enclosure is now off show so can't confirm if its still open air.

I think you can be pretty sure the Port Lympne enclosure is still open air - it would not be feasible to cover it. See it here: http://www.zoochat.com/203/snow-leopard-enclosure-70176/ Although I don't know if it still holds snow leopards, I presume it does, given it has been holding them succesfully for so many years before it became "off-display".
