From looking at the current map you would be incorporating a public park for the large hoofstock exhibit that while large unless you are doing huge numbers is on the big size.
Now rotate a working family herd of elephants and rhinos through the two meadows and allow all species both new meadows would be an amazing sight.

Toledoans plan to build a dog park at Woodsdale Park - Toledo Blade
Has the Toledo Zoo made any attempts at acquiring this land ? For a otherwise land locked zoo and the only real treasure the community has it would make sense.Certainly more sense than spending 65K on a dog park in a sketchy area.

There has been talk locally for quite some time over who would assume control of this land.Therefore that portion of it is not fantasy.As far as the original poster's masterplan for where his individual exhibits should go that would be fantasy however we can never understand why some people make such a big deal about it.
