I'm not David Brown, and so do not have the kind of giraffe burden he does :p

I will be going on a nice little trip to Berlin at the start of April though!

oh, also, if I was David Brown (which I'm not, just saying), I would be incredibly offended because there are no giraffes in your poll!




Have we all mentioned giraffes enough? :p
 
Kind of irrelevant, but in NZ, DB is a brewery company, which makes a number of popular beers, including Double Brown, which is often referred to as "Do-Bro" (pronounced so they rhyme, i.e. "dough-bro"), which is an awful beer, but its what I thought of first when I saw the title of this thread. Maybe this should be David Brown's nickname :D

Also, for English Zoochatters NZ stands for Newquay Zoo :p

Nar mate, Giraffes are vegans, unless they are vegan friendly cookies then they will be eating something else.

Incidentally, when I was a younger Pootle I used to be amazed by vegans and how they survived on such a diet, as I grew older I realised they fed off attention.

When ever I hear the word vegan I think of an episode of the Simpson's where Lisa was impressed to meet a level 5 vegan, he didn't eat anything "with a shadow".
 
On the todays posts this thread has it down as my replying 3 minutes ago, in fact it was a year ago. except for this update, any idea why it should say the former?

the stupid thing that if something on a poll is voted for, it lists it as "New Posts"

Someone should fix that

Whenever someone votes in a poll, that couns as "activity" and hte thread moves to the top of the forum. However, in the forum, instead of attributing that activity to the poll voter, it attributes it to the person who last commented (presumably because it is an anonymous poll). You were simply the last person to make a comment, and the discrepancy only appears in the forum, not the thread itself.
