Not absolutely sure about this but could it be connected with Banham and Suffolk W,P as I know a few years back they acquired a third enterprise, some sort of Country/Leisure CLub, in exactly this area.

Lenwade is also the alternative name for Great Witchingham and at the other end of the village, which is one and the same, is what used to be the Norfolk Wildlife Park.

aww Geoffroys are one of my favourites, any way back to the subject! sounds a nice collection, what type of penguins will they be?

Not sure what type of penguins? but it mentions on the website that they will be soon adding a penguin pool. It also says they will be receiving Camels and Llamas.

From little acorns......................................................

Also visited what used to be Norfolk Wildlife Park but to late to go round it doesn`t look very inviting.

As far as I know all the wild animals have been rehomed and its just a 'farm park' now.

Yep, they closed down last year , rehomed most of the wild animals and were planning on re oopeing as a farm park. I belive they kept a small number of exotic to be housed privatly.
