So, just some additional notes to what Moebelle has already shared...
The two African wild dogs that we currently have on site are only meant to be companions until the other male, who is recommended to breed with our female, arrives. They will not be on exhibit together (they will rotate), but they will be kept in close proximity behind-the-scenes.
The species to inhabit the mixed-species savanna will be introduced in phases. The first phase will feature the pelicans, cranes, and vultures, the second phase will feature the ostriches, the third phase will feature the guineafowl, and the fourth and final phase will feature the kudu, impala, and gazelles.
-White-winged scoters have been added to the Arctic Sea Cliffs exhibit in Wings of The World.
-There is an unknown new addition to the Savanna exhibit in Wings of The World as well.
-A new over-hanging barrier has been added around the Japanese macaque island.
