Good Evening, I observe that the Twycross Zoo 2014 thread has been closed and many of the most recent posts removed from it from a moderator called jbnbsn99, I find this most surprising as some of the posts that have been removed by this moderator included those of fellow moderators Chlidonias and Tea Loving Dave who were actively engaged in this interesting discussion themselves and therefore did not feel the need at the time to close this thread or delete any posts on it made by myself and fellow members. In my opinion,and I emphasise my opinion zoochat appears to have gone down hill very rapidly since Pertinax packed the job in.

To be fair i'm fed up with the Twycross slagging it's the same crap over and over again, but when i did click on that thread i was surprised to see so many posts deleted. Don't know who this jbnbsn99 is or where he has come from, can't recall him on the UK forums previously, but it seemed a bit heavy handed.

I too was a little surprised with the thread being closed as I could see no one was being to harsh on any matter but must admit this forum is supposed to be for general UK zoo chat and not constant slagging off of ANY zoo as seems to be the thing with certain zoo's.

Will all the other comments on here (all the forums) that slag off zoo's or members now be removed if not please explain (Jbnbsn99) as to why only the ones on TWYCROSS ZOO thread.

I hope to see a lot more closed threads shortly or maybe not as Pointed out be Friendly Animal it's not been the same since Pertimax packed it in.

The problem with the Twycross thread is done and over. There is more be cleaned up that has not been taken care of yet. If someone would like to start a new News thread they are more than welcome to, but there is to be no more personal vendettas. This is a decision made by and agreed to multiple moderators (by the way there are 7 of us moderators).

Let it be noted that - again by agreement of all the moderation team - there has also recently been a clean-up of the more unnecessary recent comments from the South Lakes and Marwell galleries and discussion threads!

And Jbnbsn99 was a moderator long before Pertinax left, incidentally.......
