my first guess would be that it is meant to say miniature zebu. However they also breed zedonks there which could be what they are talking about.
 
Oleg Zubov, owner of this controversial "zoo" has travelled together with Russian army to Kherson city few days ago and looted all animals living in Kherson mini zoo, including wolves or llama. The video where his film crew shows him catching a raccoon by tail and throwing it into a dog transport box has got rather popular on Ukrainian social media.

This move copies work of Lutz Heck, director of Berlin zoo, that in year 1939 traveled with Nazi army and looted valuable animals from Polish zoos.
