So after 4 games I predicted Stoke to have 4 points.

My predictions were

Home Aston Willa win
Away Hull draw
Away Manchester City lose
Home Leicester lose

So instead of my predicted WDLL, they have LDWL.

After losing to a midland club at home for the second successive time, I can't even say Stoke City are the best team in Staffordshie, Burton have won 7 out of 8. :(

My next predictions are

Away Queens Park Rangers win
Home Newcastle win

I wonder how I will do.

Not Premier League related (well, apart from featuring the best team in it:p), but BBC 2 tonight at 9pm are showing a drama called Marvellous.

The story of a young man with learning difficulties who did amazing things, including being Stoke City's kit man for several years.

Lou Macari and Gary Lineker are in it.
 
So another Stoke City match where the referee does not know the rules.

Were you watching Shawcross against QPR lol. The penalty world record could have been broken that day.

No I was not, but I don't doubt your word. He is nowhere near as bad as Huth though, and it is not just shawcross who is guilty, almost every defender does it. Perhaps the solution is a penalty each time the ref sees any tugging, games could end up as 25-25 draws. :p

Looking at it the other way, Crouch has his shirt pulled frequently in the penalty area, it is up to the referees to take a stance.

For the second successive season a Newcastle United player pushed a Stoke City player in the chest and no action was taken. Had the ref had some guts the keeper would have been off and Stoke would have had a penalty.

I have a defeat to look forward to on Saturday, it seems that when two teams play each other within a short time, the team which wins in the cup looses in the league.

Glad you enjoyed Marvellous, it was a great programme. Neil Bladwin is officially the only clown to have played for Stoke City, although I'm sure some other Zoochatters can think of many others. :p
 
Another England squad announced and the two most successful English defenders in hte Premier league, one of whom is Ryan Shawcross, are overlooked again. The surprising thing is that three mediocre Everton defenders are included. Hodgson is a joke.
 
Despite the best efforts by the referee to prevent the occurance, Stoke did win today.

As a Liverpool fan, its fair to say we had a cracking season last year, not so sharp this season so far. But the simple answer is Liverpool lose one of the top 5 players in the world, then they are going to be poorer, add to the equation our best striker remaining is injured (thanks England), the guy we brought in is currently lazy and pathetic (why did you buy him Rodgers?).
On top of that the defence is very sloppy, apart from all that things are OK :p

I work next to a Stokey, he is wondering how many Southampton will score this weekend!
 
So, another referee who think the laws of the game apply to one team only. And one if his initials is M. I detect a pattern.

Although to be fair the ref is not resposnible for a team that only plays for 45 minutes out of 90.

I wish Stoke would get an easy draw for once, like Manchester United playing against MK Dons. :)
 
Funny how the Plastic Liverpool fans go silent when,the Special One shows just why he and his team are special,and before you say I am only saying this as a Chelsea fan,you are wrong as I am a Aston Villa,and I am currently celebrating a superb draw after 6 straight defeats!!

Liverpool plastic? I think you mean Chelsea. Anyways, disappointing result (once again) but it has become all to normal for us unfortunately. We definitely deserved a penalty tho!

No I did mean Plastic Liverpool fans,as there is just as many Plastic Liverpool as there are Plastic Chelsea fans,in fact I am replying to a PLASTIC fan now!
