Macaw12, they still house them together, Yellow-footed tortoise and 6-banded (think so) armadillo with tropical birds in Brilliant Birds at Edinburgh.

, Yorkshire Wildlife Park has Flamingos, Domestic Ducks and Geese. I'm sure other places have this mix.

I don't know if other places keeps them together.
I do live on a farm but waterfowl be they domesticated or wild I believe live to spite humans. I have some wild Merganser ducks eating out of Huckleberry's dog food bowl on the back porch currently. He is getting older so as long as they don't interrupt his nap he won't care. The ironic thing though is he is a Labrador, the other labs find out and they will revoke his man card.

Some walk through aviaraies can have really weird mixes, e.g. Cockatiels and Peach Faced Lovebirds. I personally don't like the idea of housing these two species in the same space as I find lovebirds can be aggressive towards other parrot species, but this could just be individual differences between animals and not a widespread issue.

Found an old picture from Antwerp Zoo with a strange ( and very rare ! ) combination :
on the picture an Okapi shares its enclosure with 2 Shoebills and an African marabu. The picture is from around 1959.

Barbary with 1 alpaca for previously mentioned reasons;
Asian Water Buffalo with bachelor elk & bachelor red deer;
Banteng Cattle herd with a Clydesdale colt (the bull and colt play all the time) as well as some kangaroos;
Addax & Indian blackbuck Antelope;
An ordinary fallow & red deer mix;
Indian blackbuck bachelors with Rusa Deer breeding herd (used to have bachelor hog deer here too)
In an off exhibit bachelor group is our best variety of animals - All are bachelor males consisting of 1 ostrich, 2 water buffalo, 1 bison, 2 Himalayan Tahr & 2 banteng cattle!
No issues with all these guys living together as where introduced as young immature males!

IIRC Detroit used to have collared peccaries together with American bison for a bit, but the peccaries were then moved to their main South American paddock. Allegedly though, since I haven't seen a single peccary the past few visits to Detroit.

Why is that weird? Both species have overlapping ranges in the wild.
I saw an old photo, I think it was from the SeaWorld in Florida but I can't remember, of a dolphin show with a bizarre mix of species. There was a bottlenose dolphin, a beluga, I think a spinner dolphin, and a few other species. It was really weird, like some kind of cetacean variety hour. Unfortunately, I can't find the photo right now. Maybe someone else here has seen it? I'm pretty sure it was from the 1980's, if that helps.

I haven't been to Milwaukee, but I'm fairly confident they do not have a mixed exhibit with those species.....
The only thing out of the ordinary in that list is the jaguar of course but even then their exhbit is set behind the rest for an immersive predator display.
This is the mix except the Jaguar exhibit has a moat between it and the other South American animals which are all in one exhibit. The Milwaukee County Zoo has this predator/prey style with most of the big cats (Tiger, Lion/Hyena, Jaguar and Cheetah).
