The Nonsense Thread

Well today while I was by a Pond, Photographing Turtles, Waterfowl, a Juvenile Catfish, etc. I slipped on some Pine Needles and onto a couple of fire ants. I Swear This kind of stuff can only happen to me :p

Excuse me while I laugh at you from the uk with our nice, non-painful insect fauna :p

...while the Australians laugh at the thought of fire ants being the worst your country can throw at you :D

I love ants, aren't they adorable? :)

What a tragedy in northern Kenya. Living in Kenya is a hair-raising experience. Malls in Nairobi are off-limits due to West Gate in 2013. We lost students from our school in that attack. Whenever I you drive past it you can still see bullet holes all over the walls and the collapsed garage.

It is indeed an absolutely appalling loss. It must be awful living in the area where an attack like that occurred, and having known some of the victims. You have my deepest condolences.

And all over some people believing one religion is better than others. What an utter waste.

Thanks.
Thankfully none of the victims in this more recent attack were from our school, but this was the one with the highest death toll. Both attacks, not to mention the ones that occurred on the Kenyan coast were conducted by the Somali group al-Shabab.

My deepest condolences to you as well. This is one of the most disturbing stories I've heard in a while, and my heart and prayers go out to everyone affected by this attack, including you zooboyabroad.

In a recently published 300 page paper on diplodocid systematics, it was revealed that Brontosaurus is a valid genus after all.

There's one substitute teacher at my school who makes his own breads, and that's all he ever talks about. Making bread. No matter what the lesson is he's supposed to be covering, he always links it back to bread.

maybe he is actually Jesus.

Does he eat fish and drink wine with it and run a zoo that shall not be named (nazf for short)?
