Andean condor. Their body is black along with the wings, but the neck and head is not. And the gear means massive wings.
Blackbuck? Does a cloven hoof count as 2 toes?
If the cloven hooves work for that toes then male Blackbucks are dark in color and the gear could be the spiral horns. Makes sense to me.

Okay, i'll admit, in a moment of utter stupidity i thought a buck was a horse, thus making a link with a vaulting horse.
