It would need to be quite large for starters. And if I was you I would add off show areas, because the animals will want privacy. If you hope to breed them, then you will need two tigers so generally they wouldn't be happy living together, so you will want a second enclosure.

is this basically a fish-tank for a tiger, viewed from all sides? Why would you do this??
 
I second Chli's question. Why do you want to torture both tigers and staff?
 
Is this just a fantasy thing or are you actually planning on creating this?
 
This is just a fantasy. I am thinking what if... you just don't understand idea. It would be like zoo-museum. there u could see a lot of exhibitions about tigers and Then see them alive just like in zoo
 
We might not understand your idea. You might not understand why keeping tigers in a fish tank is a bad idea.
 
Lots of zoos have areas that are more like traditional museums and have stuff that guests can interact with, and there are only a few live animals on display. So I wanna design an area that has five or fewer animals, and have some stuff (like displays or models) that guests can interact with. Is it clear for you now

Essentially, yes it is. The only difference is the level of water. This is a poor exhibit at best for the poor animal (which appears to be a color-morph and therefore not even worthy of conservation or zoo efforts). There appears to be no natural substrate for the animal or hiding places. Compare that exhibit to the ones at the Bronx Zoo, Minnesota, Dallas, or San Diego Wild Animal Park. All of those exhibits are top-notch and worthy of emulation, not the atrocity you linked to.
 
No, because such a thing is virtually impossible and on some grounds, largely unethical.
 
I must ask: why tiger? If you had a museum-zoo, wouldn't you want to show convergent evolution, unique adaptations, and other things which can teach the visitor about conservation and ecology? Or is it because tigers are popular?

I mean if your heart was set on tigers why not just have the viewing part of the indoors and then have a large, natural outdoor enclosure viewed through glass?

I don't see why tigers, but probably because it woul be easier to clean (I don't support the idea; just a guess)
