Unusual Walk-Through Exhibits?

Evidently in the original designs of MOLA at the Fort Worth Zoo, there was a walk through with Asian tree vipers.
 
Very little. It was only a passing reference from a keeper there. The gist was that the snakes had such a behavior that if put a safe enough distance away, there was no chance of them reaching the humans. Of course, I'm sure lawyers didn't like that choice.

national reptile zoo (formerly reptile village) here in ireland has a few. one i remember years ago had iguanas and tortoises, they're after opening a new one i'm not sure of the details other than it's dome shaped. they also had free roaming monitors and tortoises when they opened up a temporary exhibit at another site for the summer. they also had a swimming with alligators experience for private appointments not sure if this counts.

South Lakes have a walk through Yellow Anaconda exhibit!!

Absolutely and (if disregarding venomous) about the last snake species I'd considered suitable for walk-through, even if the specimen was small. There are several species of rather relaxed non-venomous snakes; anacondas not!

I would use the term heat lamp very loosely,but yes they basically keep it cold so it doesn't move much,but all it will take is one nice warm day and they could have a problem as it is a decent size!
 
I learned of two walk-through exhibits with small carnivores:
Bat-eared foxes in Magdeburg (according to photos).
Meerkats at Longleat (according to a youtube video).

I can only imagine that zoos all over Europe will now build walk-through meerkat exhibits, just like squirrel monkeys and lemurs!

Although possibly with a few year delay, because over a decade passed between the first primate walk-throughs in Apenheul and the boom of these exhibits.
 
Walk through orangutan enclosure at the Singapore zoo would be a contester. I would classify it as Barrier-Free though. Not walk-through.
 
Sloths are becoming common in walk-throughs in the USA, but they're usually very hard to spot. I can't recall doing any walk-through with reptiles, a few frogs (supposedly) but mostly birds and some primates.
 
Would the section in Brookfield Zoos Tropic World where animals like Tamarins and Sloth can walk right over you count for this
 
Not "walk through" to say, but in the Lied Jungle in Omaha Indian fruit bats can (and will) whiz above your head.

I also believe Toledo, form what I've heard, has a walk-through flamingo exhibit, but I'm not sure if the flamingos can cross your path or anything

I know also SDWAP had a very interesting petting zoo up until 2011. I'm not sure what exactly was in there, but some images I found in the gallery and online show juvenile eland, wild asses and roan antelope along with adult deer (Not sure of the species) In 2011, according to their youtube channel, this cool petting zoo was replaced with the old stupid idea of goats:(
 
The Jerusalem Biblical Zoo has a birds of prey walkthrough as well as more standard fare consisting of various more traditional aviaries and a kangaroo habitat.
