But it's still all to play for, because the winner will now be the person who names the genus of species T or the organ in the Mystery ★ question with the order of the species shown.
T looks like something I pull out of my beard after a day in the bush. Apart from that, I got nothing for either pic.

P; Congo Dwarf Clawed Frog (Hymenochirus boettgeri)
Q; Beaded Lizard (Heloderma horridum)
R; Dwarf Mongoose (Helogale parvula)
S; Princess of Wales Parakeet (Polytelis alexandrae)
T; Suriname Toad (Pipa pipa) (admittedly a complete guess!)
Mystery; Zoogoneticus sp. (Goodeidae) with the trophotaenia visible.

P Q R and S are completely correct (although I would have accepted just the genus for P, because these frogs are not often seen in zoos).
The Mystery fish was actually a new born Xenophorus captivus - but I asked for the family and organ which are named correctly (only a witch or a warlock would have actually identified the species).
lintworm got closest to the identity of T which is a frogfish, Antennarius striatus, belonging to the same family as the angler fish, Lophius.
Commendations to Hix, who held the lead for a long time, and to lintworm for his near miss.
