Closed Newest posts first in threads?

a quick question, though I'm not sure I'm asking in the right thread. Before the upgrade I had my profile set to see the newest posts first on a thread. I am now seeing the oldest post first. I've had a look through settings to see if I can change this but I can't find the option. Can anyone help?

Mods - please move to a more appropriate thread if necessary

There is the option to view the first unread post by clicking the button near the page numbers. I have found that it works much more effectively than reverse order.
