@Chlidonias: how long did this painting take? Do you ever have shows? When will your next show in Los Angeles be?

glad y'all like it. It took two-and-a-half months, or maybe three months; I forget. I was only doing a few birds per day, drawing and painting them as I went (rather than drawing all of them to cover the canvas, and then going back and painting them).

I've never done any exhibitions, I really just painted for myself. In fact I haven't had time to do any paintings for years...I really should start again -- but if you want to pay for me to come over to LA and do a show then I shall accept!

Well this is embarrassing I can't even find the feral pigeon fruit doves yes, but no pigeon.

Have you thought of selling the image to a jigsaw puzzle manufacturer C? I think they may be interested, mind you, it may take as long to put together as it took to paint
