@Arizona Docent What I mean is the whole "repeating exhibit" trend the zoo has going on. For meerkats, otters, colobus monkeys, visayan warty pigs, etc. I'm just saying if the zoo has specifically maintained that it wants to go in a zoogeographic direction, that it should follow through.
@Wyman Well I sort of understand your point (about sticking with zoogeographic direction). However I have no problem with zoos having more than one exhibit for a particular animal. In fact I wish more zoos did because it would allow for larger breeding programs and it also doubles my chances of seeing a particular species awake or active. As for Africa Rocks, I think the bigger sin (bigger than Amur instead of African leopards) is California leopard sharks in place of South African leopard catsharks.
