The blue-grey ones are indeed Verditier Flycatchers- I'v searched the local woods enough to recognize them.
I'm curious as to is any of this completely legal? I don't recall there being laws protecting birds unless they were threatened species, but trapping of wild songbirds doesn't strike me as something that should be allowed generally anyway..
