Circus Knie is the national circus of Switzerland and also has a zoo and a circus museum in the town of Rapperswil close to Zurich. They travel the country but I do not know if they travel abroad as well.
Exactly for thar boring looks makes me wonder how much supression of the Eles was needed to be that relaxed in such unsecure "enclosure".
If Zoos have big fences, have very strick protocols on managing Eles, they must have point!
Keeping Eles in a "one wire fence" is risky and takes lots of supression to keep them inside.
