the barn has three doors on the front. Are there three separate night areas or does it all just open on to the same area? i guess what im trying to ask is does the three doors indicate that they feel this exhibit could hold three animals or are there just lots of doors?
It's three separate barns, I guess it's just a safety measure should they get a pair and they need separating? They normally come in blocks though, I'd imagine they bought them like that.
well i dont know what to make of this enclosure , i think people should bear in mind that this particular zoological garden is still finding its feet and there is much improvement still to be done. I have usually refrained from criticising zoological gardens i havent visited. I have vigorously defended the Aspinall parks which i have visited on zoochat from North American zoochatters who heap criticism on a place they havent even visited, but i would think that this particular enclosure needs alot of improvement.
How would you know IF YOU HAVEN'T VISITED? (Rhetorical question...since you have blasted me for doing the same).
Photos don't tell the whole story, but they often tell enough.
Please don't criticize others who make judgments of enclosures based on the many, many photos posted on this site, especially if you feel free to do so yourself!

As someone that has seen this enclosure a wet day is not the best time to see this enclosure at its best, since this picture has been taken more trees have been provided to create more shade, also while the enclosure may be on the small side the enclosure has everything that a Malayan Tapir may want.
