A view into the outdoor enclosure for Asian elephant bulls in Copenhagen Zoo. The exhibit is a bit too small but the high walls provide the males with some privacy.

Has the situation improved lately with the bull exclosures .... they indeed look .... brutal (my word for the animal welfare/well being part)! I realise it is already 15+ hence ... but Jeez the bull elephants at Koebenhavn deserve a Healthy Life and this clearly is not by a long margin.
