Spectacled Caiman, [i]Caiman crocodilus[/i]

This restricted view was the first of many caiman on the trip, in Tortuguero and Cano Negro (but no wild crocs, in the end). Didn't see much of this one but made for quite a nice image!

That sounds absolutely fantastic, what better way to welcome in winter by flying away to somewhere hot and seeing lots of cool animals! :p

Funny a few weeks ago I was speaking with somebody that has been out to where you are going,and he said you will not miss seeing a Mountain Nyala as they are built like a Kudu!!
