In the year 1990, this zoo is considered unfit by the EAZA due to its cramped space. With the city council offering the rest of the park for the zoo to expand into, how would you improve this zoo?

@Mr Gharial All of the structures in the park are largely considered unusable; the museum is way too small for its collection, for example. Fan favourites are the greenhouse and aqua-terrarium, but people won't make a fuss if they're severely remodeled or outright destroyed.
@JigerofLemuria I know that in later renditions of this zoo, the orcas are removed, but since it's fiction, my orca-obsessed butt would probably try to be innovative & create as big a lagoon for them as possible (something like that man made lake at SeaWorld Orlando).
