That 'tree' thing looks rubbish becuase its neither one thing nor the other - it's trying to be naturalistic but not actually managing it because it so clearly artificial (and it's not just Colchester, Chester has been guilty of this on occasion - see the Red Panda enclosure). Either put in timber and ropes and platforms and build an exhbit that allows the animal to behave naturally but very deliberately makes no attempt to look natural, or landscape it properly. The Colchester 'half-and-half' just doesn't work for me.
