The SSPs can only call for moving animals for breeding purposes (pro or con). Regular collection management, or finding good homes for animals is not, I believe, in their mandate. I had the oppourtunity to also see the holding barns! State of the art! And such a dedicated staff! Tembo the eldest female seems to not be doing so hot though...:/
