Most of Denver's parrots and birds of prey are taken in an off show area and like you said Taken for a flap. They currently are not used in the show but I hope they do. Usually the animals that are used in the show have there own off exhibit where people can only see them if there in the show.
ah well , Its not ideal for a zoo which should show how the animals behave to the public. I hope they get a good show too ! keas are fascinating , actually parrots are fascinating , my grandad had a major mitchells cockatoo.
