I get your points, redpanda. Hopefully the lions don´t live bad lives, which is my main concern.

Will stubbornly still refer to "fish tank".... "only in America".... "Las Vegas?" etc.

Although I do love America, as I have pointed out in other threads.... ah, well - never mind.............

I think in this case we shall have to agree to disagree, dan. I, also, have high expectations when it comes to enclosure design but i honestly think that this is good for the lions as it gives them a change of scenery - it would be different if the lions were in there all the time but they are not.

I understand that others have different views. The other two comments from people who have seen the exhibit, by snowleopard and vulpes, varied greatly.

This site is for opinions and wherever there are opinions, there will be conflicting ones. Some love the lied jungle at omaha and others despise it, that is the nature of this forum. I have already aired what i feel, so unless anyone wants some particular information regarding the exhibit - bearing in mind that it was four years ago that i visited - i am now going to leave this debate.
