There is a page on the zoo website titled Master Plan, but there are no plans. It just has a one paragraph generic statement about striving to be the central coast conservation center.
It looks like the company that developed the plan is Ursa International. They have a list of master plans they have developed here, but even though some have hotlinks to open the Charles Paddock plan does not. Ursa International - Master Planning
@Coelacanth18 Is there still a solitary tiger in this badly outdated exhibit? I've seen larger tiger cages at some roadside zoos in Wisconsin and Texas, and since Charles Paddock is AZA-accredited one would have imagined more stringent rules in terms of keeping big cats. Perhaps the animal is elderly and cannot be moved...who knows?
@snowleopard There is still a solitary tiger in this exhibit; I didn't post a photo because it looks exactly the same as this one from 8 years ago. I don't know how old the cat is, unfortunately.
