New Zealand shore plover (Thinornis novaeseelandiae)

I don't know numbers of survivors. I just picked up what I knew from the NZ bird forum.

Mt. Bruce obviously already has birds in their breeding aviaries (and that is where the original introductions to Mana Island came from).
