Is this the only exhibit to have been changed significantly since the zoo opened? All the ones I saw seemed to be in similar condition to that shown in the gallery photos (or closed). This one appears to have had the viewing structure added on the front, making it much darker than it originally was (http://www.zoochat.com/651/glass-fronted-cages-141781/). This presumably was to make it more suitable for tarsiers, lorises, pangolins and other native small mammals?
yeah I can't think of any other enclosures which have changed drastically.
Apart for the viewing corridor added here, the walls and back of each cage have also been made solid which separates each cage from the next and also makes each one darker.
