Yes, last time I went to Poole Park there was no sign of the waterfowl area or the zoo- the main Lake is much 'barer' looking than it used to be also. I I IanRRobinson 26 Nov 2013 There are also aviaries in Bury St Edmunds, in the grounds of the ruined Abbey. I have a hazy memory of seeing primates (Vervet monkey perhaps?) there as a child, a regrettably long time ago.
