I was at the zoo today and got a chance to get a sneak peek at Eurasia Wilds. They were giving people tours of the snow leopard enclosure, unfortunately I didn't have time to go for the tour, but does anyone know what else are they adding to the exhibit? Definitely more plant life, but wasn't there also suppose to be a river feature? If I remember from the plans. It didn't look like the exhibit had a stream of some sort.
They also brought out the Eurasia Owl for members to view, but I didn't take any pictures.
I took the tour through the Snow Leopard exhibit on Thursday. There was no mention of a water source being added, aside from the fountain that will be hidden among shrubs. What they are planning to add is more climbing features for the Snow Leopards and more plants. The exhibit is mainly rocks to imitate Snow Leopards natural habitat.
