Spot on - it was a fairly obvious joke given (as you note) the presence of photographs uploaded by Luke in the gallery.

As for not expecting moderators to have a sense of humour and make jokes, have you seen some of our conversations with one another?

I would like to know why the EXIF data says the photos were taken in 2018 if they are from 2015.

@FunkyGibbon Good question. Maybe he used his iphone in December 2018 to take a picture of a print he had from a trip in 2015?

@FunkyGibbon My phone says 2015, but recently I checked my phone to see the date again, and this is what I found. Chlidonias was right, this is 2018. I was actually thinking of an alternate photo that looks similar to this, and yes, that one was from 2015. I made a mistake, and I accedentialy typed 2015. I got the 2 photos mixed up, I am terribly sorry. Thanks for bringing that up @FunkyGibbon, if you hadn't mentioned that I would have never realized. Thanks!

@Arizona Docent I would have to disagree with your first comment, and IMO it's still definitely a top 5 zoo. However, unfortunately there are still a few issues - while our collection was once pretty much complete, the exhibits weren't very good. Now that the exhibits are good, our collection of megafauna pales in comparison to that of other large zoos (1 bear species, really?)
