This area no longer exists - it is now a restaurant sort of thing called 'The Nest'. Flamingo Point is used only as a toilet block for now.
There is now another building at Birdland; though smaller; which displays chicks and axolotl. I have some distinct memory of some piece of art at this 'Discovery Zone' area featuring a quetzal. Shame that's no more...
