He showed obvious stress when being exposed to many people (add the fact that Russian zoo visitors can't take pics withour flash!!!), also there was no spare exhibit for him.
I think the reason the Taronga ones weren't on show was the same (stressed by being on exhibit). Although when I saw one there he seemed pretty relaxed. But not long after he was taken off exhibit again.

both of them? Neither were on display for a very long time, then the male (?) went on display in the nocturnal house for a while, and then went off-display again.
