There used to be Bongo exhibits here which were next to the Red River hogs in the 90s and early 21st cen. Bongos were moved out when the Panda additions came along in phases which left this area in a stripped down state. You used to be able to see some of the trees left in the old exhibit. Here there appear to be some newer trees and the debris has been cleaned and the ground prepared.
