At long last, not only do we have a new zoo, but it's a prehistoric zoo! Based on the "Breed the T-Rex" scenario in Zoo Tycoon: Dinosaur Digs, with that square island in the middle and everything. Wikipedia-dependent species list in the comments.
A tropical hideaway in the Canary Islands, this zoo is smaller in terms of collection, but hopefully it has a unique edge.

Back in 1931, plans were made to move the Barcelona Zoo to the Montjuïc hill area; said project was halted by the Spanish civil war, but what if it didn't have to be that way? Here's a parallel vision of the Barcelona Zoo in a different area (now the Botanical Garden)!

The Montealto Municipal Zoo is reopened with brand new features and exhibits! It's a shame it couldn't be a collaborative project, but whatever; your choice of flamingo pool still stands.

Monealto Municipal Zoo WAS part of a challenge, but since this isn't allowed for some reason, I guess I alone will make a modern version. Stay tuned for that. It's all it can be.
Loosely based on my playthrough of the Zoo Tycoon 1 scenario "Breeding giant pandas", this rather complete collection, though about three weeks late, is here for your scrutiny.

PS; I even tried to adapt this very map into Planet Zoo.
As I have promised I have officially started my fictional zoo project referred to as Crystelia City Zoo, it is a tropical animal based zoo located on the fictional island of Crystelia, a tropical island close to Hawaii. The zoo itself is in the largest city on the island Crystal City. The zoo is...
Located in faraway (with some exceptions on Zoochat of course) New Zealand, in the Otago area, here's the ambitious and exceptional Rapunga Ao (global quest in Maori) Zoo, featuring animals not found anywhere else in the country. Species list in the comments.

The next one will be... Different.
Based on my Gardener Park Zoo: https://www.zoochat.com/community/media/gardener-park-zoo-1990.541246/ The last plausible masterplan I'll give this zoo, this time the aquatic side won out, resulting in a giant aquarium and a brand new natural history museum. Species list in the description.
