2-headed mutated trout: It's a real world Simpsons episode.

A mining operation in Idaho is trying to convince the EPA to allow them to contaminate rivers with higher than usual (17 parts per billion) selenium. The trouble is that it seems to be causing massive deformities in the baby trout that they tested that amount of selenium on like trout with two heads (see pictures accompanying article).

It's like the 3-eyed fish in the classic Simpson's episode where Mr. Burn's tries to convince everyone that nuclear contamination is natural, only this is freaky and scary instead of funny.
