I only know about this story because it popped up in the Washington Post; has anybody else here posted about it? I looked around and found nothing. A 26 year old woman who is the "director" of a zoo her dad owns was euthanizing animals in horrific ways when her former curator turned her in.
She was convicted of animal cruelty in drowning a wallaby and now is hopefully going to jail for 30 days. She was the "director" of something called the Reston Zoo. Has anybody ever heard of or visited this place?

How does a place like this get ahold of clouded leopards?
