Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden 40 Million Dollar Plans?

In an article in the newspaper here in cincinnati they said that the project is actually 54 million but they have only raised 40 million and cat canyon will break ground next year.

Sounds like this zoo will really move up the ladder in terms of rankings once all this is done. What's the timeline on all of this?
