"79 new species of shark and ray discovered"

Not sure if they're related (I don't have access to the paper), but four new (Rajidae?) makes you aware of just how much biodiversity there is left to discover.

he has one or two dozen different personas all over the internet (all the ones I've found have been on either animal or car sites), usually with an exotic locale (Burma, Singapore, New Guinea, etc). He knows an awful lot about wildlife and to give him credit it can't be easy maintaining that level of multiple personalities (he surely must have some sort of indexing system!!), but he is just living his fancies out from his computer in Sweden. The worst kind of troll in my opinion because he does appear to be credible in each of his identities, and hence people take him seriously.
 
As does happen ... sadly, it seems the scientific data to actually state we have another 79 new species of shark and ray needs a lot more verification and further study if it is to go anywhere.

Whatever happened to sample sizes and including taxonomists and zoologists on your team to describe the diversity of sharks and rays?
(like a deja vu)
