do Silvery Gibbons qualify as a new species?)
Silvery Gibbon has previously been exhibited 1968-1983, so technically it is not a new species.
Just to be awkward I'm going for lampeyes as my favourite new species.

I have soft spots for both the cloud rats and the dwarf mudskippers.

I suppose I'll start this one then, despite not visiting the zoo for years and never seeing it post 2000, I know of some species that the zoo has brought back to its collection. My personal favourite as I know so Few would be the Bintoroung which just fascinates me as a species ever since I first heard of it.Alright It seems the general consesus here is the Cloud Rats are by far peoples fav's, this one should be slightly easier and broader to answer, especially for you Veteran Chester zoo visitors! So The question is :Best animal to make a return to the collection this year (Either on or off show no fuss as long as we can prove it was in the zoo before. I'm sure photos and Bongorob can help with that.)
For someone so active on the Chester Zoo forums, I'm surprised you've not visited for sixteen years!I suppose I'll start this one then, despite not visiting the zoo for years and never seeing it post 2000...
I meant pre 2000 haha I'm only 15, I last visited actually in 2015, I'm so active because while it isn't my home zoo, it is my personal fav and I like to know what is going on there! I do hope to visit more frequently as I get older though. For someone so active on the Chester Zoo forums, I'm surprised you've not visited for sixteen years!
