Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden A Walk Through the Zoo

I really don't have any expectations on any of those exhibits. I just want to see another view of them than just photos. The exhibits that he has shown through video look completely different than the photos, so I'm interested to see how the others look like.
 
I took videos of Bear Hill (excluding Lords of the Arctic), Wildlife Canyon, and Jungle Trails (2 videos).
 
I'll be very happy when the bear grottos at Cincinnati are no more. I can't imagine that the zoo itself doesn't realize how terrible the Andean and black bear exhibits are.

I feel like Cincinnati gets a lot of unnecessary grief for certain exhibits. This is not one of them.

My thoughts exactly. These exhibits get ignored but Night Hunters is the most criticized attraction on this site.
 
Update on the videos... Jungle Trails Part 1 is ready but part 2 is still at 77% and I want to post them together. Wildlife Canyon is only at 76%. For some reason the quality is terrible on both videos so I'd recommend you turn it up to HD.

They do but it didn't seem to have much flat ground for Gus which I think it needs a little bit of. Also, and it may be because Gus is old, Gus looked a bit sad and bored in his enclosure while Cincy's bears were moving around and actually doing stuff.

Wildlife Canyon. Although two animals were a no show, the video focuses on Harapan.

My pleasure :) I forget all the correct years but it started out as a Komodo dragon exhibit from maybe early 90's to 1996. Then Chia-Chia a giant panda was exhibited here for 6 weeks. Once again it became home to a Komodo dragon. The largest one outside of Indonesia. The zoo brought a female to breed with Naga to which forth they were successful. 32 Komodo dragons in one litter. The female was transferred because they both ended up trying to kill each other. Sadly Naga died in 2005 and from then to 2007 the exhibit was a South America exhibit for golden headed lion tamarins, curassows, seriemas, and giant anteater. Only the anteater got outdoor access. In 2008 it became Dragons! The dragon they have today is a male named Hudo, Naga's grandchild. I was told one time the exhibit held Siberian cranes, koalas, and even Patas monkeys over the years.

It was actually built specifically for Chia-Chia's six-week stay at the zoo in 1988. The exhibit was also temporarily home to golden snub-nosed monkeys as well.
 
So when it exhibited the South American animals, what was in the smaller tanks? Or were those built specifically for Dragons!?

The extra smaller exhibit area was once a viewing area (both ground level and elevated level) for the larger exhibit. So yes they were built for Dragons!

As I recall, it was built for assorted temporary animal exhibits, starting with koalas, then golden monkeys (who came with Chinese keepers), then Chia-Chia who's press debut was a flop (she wouldn't come outside into her new landscaped exhibit but instead remained asleep in the indoor viewing exhibit).
