I would advise that you allocate plenty of time for your visit, it may be a small site but, its got lots of animals.Hello! I cannot give much advice on the Loris House as I spent quite a while there and the animals did not move, but the other main nocturnal house was very active. The light from the door often illuminates the potto habitat so I got a few really good photos by timing it while visitors were using the door, and the Goeldi's monkeys similarly are illuminated by the door, but the other exhibits stay pretty dark and are hard to photograph.Hello! I was not there at opening so can't say on that, but I can say I left at closing time and the lights were not on in the Loris House when I turned back to the exit.Thank you so much!
Is there any chance they keep the lights on for a brief period of time? I’ve heard some nocturnal houses tend to do it right after the opening, is this the case with Birmingham?

Usually I don’t either, but this time I think I’ll focus on the species that I’ve not seen yet, which still includes the majority of the collection, but I’ll overlook the most popular species that I’ve already seen many times.Personally, I think a couple of hours wouldn’t be enough but I do tend to not rush my zoo visits.
