Which zoo are you asking about? There are Africa exhibit expansions ongoing or starting at several zoos.

Considering that the poster is from Ohio I would assume he/she is talking about Columbus or Cincinnati, both of which are working on African expansions. That said, I haven't heard anything new about either projects.
