Who knows if there are more african manatees in human care except at Toba Aquarium and Hualien Ocean Park ? ( if they are still alive at this place )
Fortunately, I will visit Toba Aquarium in four weeks. Maybe it is the only aquarium , which shows two species of seacows, the african manatee and dugong.
