The park is closed during winter but will open for the 2017 season March 18.

New addition is a hybrid tiger cub (park FB page calls it Bengal) acquired from a private owner who could no longer care for it.
 
The park occasionally (3 or 4 times a year) does a special cheetah run. Their last one of the season will be October 19, 2019.

It just so happens this coincides with a trip I already have planned that puts me within driving distance of Reno so I have altered my plans to attend and have paid extra to reserve a spot in their photo blind.
