Animal related nightmares:

Once I dreamt I went to this resort with my female friend (who I found out has a crush on me ) and at the resort they had a small zoo, the only had apes and one elephant for some reason. One night all the animals rebelled like in the show Zoo so the two of us ran like heck while being chased by chimps, gorillas and orangutans when one the elephant comes out of no where and slapped us through the air and into a shark tank which is when I woke up. I had a really odd one most recently. It started in a VIP box, the kind that you might find in a stadium, but this one overlooked what seemed to be a beach. I was there alone and looking out over the beach. People were sunbathing and swimming when out of the water's depths emerged an orca. I initially thought it was going to attack the swimmers, but it didn't, then a moment later a variety of different whales swam into view, followed by some kind of plesiosaur-like creature. I chose this point to leave and, as I walked down the steps that led down from the box, somehow I realised that the whole thing was actually a sea-life centre, not a beach. It got weirder from there, but the rest didn't really involve animals.

Had another several years ago where I was being chased around a sunny, rural village by a comically oversized bull. It seemed to go on forever, running after me in circles, round and round, over a fence and round again, until I decided I'd jump in the lake next to the path as a last-ditch effort to escape, only the bull jumped in after me and I woke up with a start, entirely annoyed that my plan hadn't worked.

I dreamt only a few nights ago that I was at a Lion keeper talk at the Hunter Valley Zoo (which I have never visited) and Kuchani, one of their female lions escaped and went on a rampage. Attacking a bunch of people. I ran away and climbed a tree, which was a dumb idea, as knowing Lions, she got to me, dragging me out of the tree....and then I woke up, as you do in all nightmares.
